    Cozy Living ILP Solutions was created to help our community of veterans, seniors, and working professionals with renewing stability, independence, and growth in our program. Founded by Twin Sisters with big hearts, understand and see a need to find solutions to assist other organizations in our communities with housing for the homeless and support.

    • No Hidden fees. Month- to -month membership with income verification requirements.
    • Move in ready full furnished shared/private room. Utilities, and WIFI included.
    • Safety focused security -background checks, secured entry lock points, cameras 
    • Support from us- referrals from the community, life skills coaching, cleaning supplies, monthly deep cleanings, peer support, and complimentary weekly transportation upon request/availability.

    At Cozy Living ILP Solutions, we offer a wide range of consulting services to help organizations in our community. We use a network of professionals who services includes ,housing solutions , financial literacy, life skills, and human resources consulting to all we serve. 

    No, We are not a licensed treatment facility or group home.  Cozy Living ILP Solutions provides safe secured shared living opportunity for independent adults. Members must be able to manage their daily needs without on-site staff.  Our program is a drug and alcohol free environment. Members are expected to maintain a sober lifestyle while in our homes.

    No, shared independent community does not required staff. To maintain security, comfort, and safety, we stay in close contact with our members in our program. Cozy Living ILP does not provide 24hr supervision or live-in staff.  Thumbprint lock entry points and security cameras monitored for your safety.

    No, We are flexible month-to-month housing with a written agreement and clear house rules with structure for our program.

    Availability of our private and shared rooms are based on current openings. Waiting list is available. We encourage all to apply to list. After application reviewed and phone screening completed, we'll schedule an in-person meeting.  Confirmation of your move-in date is based on openings. Case managers and agencies can apply on your behalf. Please select self or behalf of a client when filling out intake form.

    No, all of our rooms are fully furnished. Linens included.  You may only bring small personal items, and clothing. Large furniture and pets are prohibited. 

    Auto drafted payments accepted from SSI, and SSDI. Also accepted Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay and Cash App
